Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the performance of the STIM Nitro student activity unit in the city of Makassar. By using the Balanced Scorecard approach and Likert scale, SPSS assistance can be seen whether or not the organization is run effectively by students. The results show that the Student Activity Unit has been effective in carrying out organizational activities in all four perspectives (Customer, Finance, Internal Business Processes, and Learning Growth).
