Abstract

Information technology strategy system is an application of the use of information technology to support or impelement a competiton strategy of an organization, wich functionto change goals, operatons, products, services or enviromental innovative products or services with the utilization of information technology system that have not been done by other competitor organization. Advisory, counseling and marriage preservation Agency (BP4) is a profesional organization that is religious social as a partner of the ministryog religion in realizing sakinah family, mawaddah wa rahmah. Premarital course activity is a minstry of religion program implemented by BP4. In accordance with the religion of Dirjen Bimas Islam No: II/372/2011 on the guideline of prenuptial training, it is conceptually held for 10 working days, with 24 hours duration of lesson intended to provide sufficient understanding for the bride to the course material presented during the learning. But the facts in the field it is difficult to do with the reason oh which is the difficuly of arranging yhe time for prospective bride who is an employee. Based on this, BP4 made a new breakthrough with the innovative learning design of premarital mobile learning with is the result of an information technology stratgy system. Softeware application of of premarital mobile learning is an innovation as a supplementation and complement of conventional premarital education process. The development of premarital mobile learning application system is designed using system development life cycle (SDLC) methode. The application design of premarital mobile learning uses selft learning material stored in smartphones or computers that can be accessed by resource persen and premarital course partisipans, anytime and anywhere, resulting in a new tendency in learning that forms an increasing paradgm efficiency and effectivitivencis of premarital cources.
