Abstract
Budget-estimation plan (RAB) of an institution has be conducted and register with every consideration. This information system (IS) is built using Visual Basic 6.0, that function as an apparatus software for RAB's data processor for the Pompengan Jeneberang River territorial management. This IS has several important features, namely: territotial data input, Budget-estimate plan (RAB) input, utility progress input, data reporing, RAB'a data reporing, as well as on going expenditute realization of each RAB's items. This IS is expected to help the staf in managing and monitoring RAB's realization progress in order to ensure the working efficency and quality.
